Daniel Rabb, M.D.

Dr. Rabb was raised in Gainesville, graduating from Gainesville High School in 1982. After graduating from Emory, he attended Medical School and did his Residency in Dermatology at the Medical College of Georgia. He returned to Gainesville in 1993 to join the practice his father, Forte Rabb, founded in 1972. After practicing General Dermatology for twenty years , he decided to focus on Surgical Dermatology. He obtained training and Board Certification in Mohs Micrographic Surgery which results in the highest cure rates of any skin cancer treatment while preserving as much normal tissue as possible and minimizing the resulting scar. He has now performed almost ten thousand cases over the last 10 years.

He is married to Emily Cohen Rabb and he has three grown sons who have chosen their own paths in life, but unfortunately none will continue the legacy of providing Dermatologic care for the patients of North Georgia for over fifty years. Dr. Rabb enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and grilling out in his spare time.

  • Member of America Society for Dermatologic Surgery, Georgia Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery and the Atlanta Society for Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery
