Dr. Rabb has deep roots in the Gainesville community. He was raised in Gainesville and graduated from Gainesville High School in 1982. He went on to attend Emory University for his undergraduate studies, then earned his medical degree and completed his dermatology residency at the Medical College of Georgia.
In 1993, Dr. Rabb returned to Gainesville to join the dermatology practice founded by his father, Forte Rabb, in 1972. After practicing general dermatology for more than two decades, he chose to focus his career on surgical dermatology and the treatment of skin cancer.
Dr. Rabb pursued advanced training and became board-certified in Mohs Micrographic Surgery. This highly specialized technique provides the highest cure rates of any skin cancer treatment while preserving as much healthy tissue as possible and minimizing scarring.
